Prices are per room, per night, including full breakfast,taxes and free parking if needed.
All bedrooms at the Sycamore have shower, wash & toilet facilities most are en-suite.

Terms

Deposit: No deposit is required. We take a credit / debit card by phone to secure the booking. No funds are taken unless late cancellation.

Payment: On departure, by any of the following methods:

Sterling cash,
British cheques
Traveller's cheques.

Cancellation:

7 or more days notice, no charge
Less than 7 days notice we charge in full, but only if we fail to re-let the room

Check in times: We are flexible and try to meet your needs

Check out times: Guests are required to check out by 10.30 am to allow us to prepare for our next visitors

Non-Smoking: For the safety and comfort of our guests, we are a non-smoking residence

Pets: Sorry, but again for the comfort of our guests, pets are not allowed
