Since reopening following the lockdown, we have put in place a series of measures designed both to comply with the current government regulations, and to ensure that risk to our guests is minimised. Please bear in mind that these measures are subject to change as government regulation and advice changes, and as we make our own improvements.

We provide hand sanitiser in communal areas, and ask that guests sanitise their hands whenever they enter the house.
We ask that guests wear a mask during check in, and whenever they are in communal areas (other than of course during breakfast).
We ask that guests adhere to the most recent social distancing guidelines in communal areas.
Room keys are sanitised prior to your arrival.
Track and trace posters are available in order for guests to check in with the NHS app.
Communal areas are being disinfected daily, with particular regard to high risk places (door handles, surfaces etc.).

Prior to arrival, rooms are deep cleaned and sanitised where appropriate.
Rooms are no longer cleaned daily, and we do not enter the room at all throughout your stay.
Tea/coffee, bathroom essentials, clean towels etc., are still provided upon request.

We continue to provide a Full English cooked breakfast, but unfortunately we have had to temporarily remove the self-service breakfast buffet.
Breakfast is now being done in two sittings, and we will inform you of your time slot on arrival.
Each sitting uses alternate, properly socially distanced tables (guests in the second sitting will not be sat at tables used in the first sitting).

We thank you for your patience and assistance with these measures. The recent period has been a learning process, and we will continue to review the way we do things, to maintain the correct balance of comfort, convenience, and safety. If you have any concerns or questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We do hope you and your loved ones remain safe and healthy, and we will endeavour to do everything we can to ensure we are minimising the risk to guests.
